This time we play at home!

In Santo Stefano al Mare, the little town where Michele was born, not far from the agritourism, will be held the spring event of “I viaggiatori del gusto”.

This may, since Friday 25th to Sunday 27th, along the waterfront, you’ll have the opportunity to see vintage cars, antiques and typical food from all over of Italy.

not only this: the participating crews will drive on the roads which made famous the Rally of Sanremo not long ago (alas) in tempi non molto lontani (ahimé) up to Triora, the town of witches.

And, for the very first time, they will be asked to participate in the first competition of “Pesto in a mortar” in Vallecrosia.

Mmhhh, pesto in a mortar! One of our best friend and Marta’s peer is an expert, having won the trial match to the world championship, staged last november at Olioliva. Who knows, maybe we can convince him to teach some tricks to our guests! But this is another story…

Back to the event, participants will drive up and down along the province, from the sea to the mountains.

PostHeaderIcon Let’s Dive Into The Volley Championship!

Starting May 24th to May 27th, Imperia will be the capital of the under 14 women’s volleyball.

The 21 teams representing all Italian Regions + the Bolzano Province, will face off in a long tournament to  enact the new 2012 champion.

It’s really impressive what an organizational structure has to be made available by  FIPAV Liguria thanks to the Imperia Committee: 7 playgrounds in 6 gyms (the Sports Hall will host 2 playgrounds) to welcome and support 350 athletes and managers.

And, if it wasn’t enough, Thursday 24th in the evening, a friendly match between Italy and China will take place. A great opportunity to see our representatives, whose next challenge will be the Olimpics Games in London.

It surely will be a “long lasting week end”! SUPPORTERS: the Red Mill is the ideal place where to have some rest and recover from the effort of following all day long those soon-to-be champions!
