What a Demanding Week!
Always at work, here in Coppirossiland!
Just to change the daily routine, we’re looking after our olive trees!
My husband wasn’t yet born when his grandfather removed the olive trees from the fields; now it’s time to bring them back. So, we’ve begun to plant new young trees of “Taggiasca” variety.
In the meantime, old plants need maintenance. Believe me, cleanings from “brotti” (olive branches) are really exhausting. Well, maybe it’s a good exercise to reach a perfect shape…
That’s Why We Think …
… our mill renovation is in good hands!
Our valorous architect showed all her value with a work not related to our mill.
Next Saturday, she’ll present a report about the restoration of the High Altar in the Sanctuary of Nostra Signora della Rovere in San Bartolomeo al Mare.
Following an intuition she was able to figure out how, in a former restoration, the High Altar had been assembled incorrectly.
Thanks to her intervention and her assistance, now all it’s ok again. Our Mill is in safe hands!
