Something’s moving on
Today I want to show you how our mill works progress.
Here it is a mill’s view from the square on the back. The main entrance will be on the other side of the mill:

On the left the mill some time ago: the mandarin trees convered the entry because of the thick foliage. This year we got a generous harvest (it was already clear).
On the right, the mill after the pruning. Some differences: some windows have been kept to the carpenter to restore. The road to success is still long, but we’re catching a glimpse of the expected result.

Here you can see the chimney: as it was, gray, near the bell tower.And on the right as it’s now, perfectly matching the surrounding environment. A lot better, isn’t it?
I’m better but …
… I still have a bit of temperature, and, more importantly, I CAN’T SAY A WORD!
Completely voiceless! One of my worst horrible nightmares.
Apparently, my husband is really happy; he’s repeating he can’t remember when was last time he appreciated so much quiet at home.

Today is a really lovely day, so bright and clear.
The sport complex near the Mill is the “sferisterio”, the stadium where people play “Balùn“, a sport attracting a lot of fans, here in West Liguria. The competition with South Piedmontese teams is quite bitter.
The little town on the right is Torrazza, which takes its name from the dominating Tower
