{"id":1278,"date":"2015-05-10T09:01:56","date_gmt":"2015-05-10T08:01:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.agriturismocoppirossi.com\/?p=1278"},"modified":"2015-05-10T10:55:46","modified_gmt":"2015-05-10T09:55:46","slug":"gorgeous-day-of-sport","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.agriturismocoppirossi.com\/?p=1278&lang=en","title":{"rendered":"Gorgeous Day of Sport"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>So, the first stage of Giro d&#8217;Italia 2015 got the first verdict: the Flower Riviera is stunning.<\/p>\n<p>Perfect day: bright sky, mild temperature (around 22\u00b0C\/72F); calm sea, rippled only by a very light breeze.<\/p>\n<p>Many many people at the starting point, to give the first push to athletes; many many people along the cycling path, on the overpasses, on the Aurelia Road; many many peole at the finish line to celebrate all, winners and defeated.<\/p>\n<p>Watching <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rai.tv\/dl\/RaiTV\/programmi\/media\/ContentItem-8c0eae2f-eeaa-446d-a3e5-36971c73f681.html\" target=\"_blank\">TV&#8217;s images<\/a>\u00a0I was impressed by the colors: a lot of green, on the sides of the cycling path and on the mountains; the deep blue of the sea, with glares of the waves reflecting sun rays; the perfect ground of the path; the shirts of the 22 teams; the Giro&#8217;s\u00a0pink; the light blue of the sky; the sudden dark of tunnels.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s been fantastic to see the &#8220;trains&#8221; formed by the athletes hurtling on the old path of the railway. The winners reached a more than 54 Km\/h (33.5 miles\/h) average speed: almost like the real train!<\/p>\n<p>We have so many\u00a0months ahead to enjoy <a href=\"http:\/\/www.area24spa.it\/eng\/node\/112\" target=\"_blank\">one of the longest cycling paths<\/a>\u00a0in Europe: would you\u00a0join us?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>So, the first stage of Giro d&#8217;Italia 2015 got the first verdict: the Flower Riviera is stunning.
